You’ll see most folks there had their install issue fixed by the simpler method I just shared. Here’s the link. If that doesn’t work, RC found this discussion on an Apple forum where a commenter gave a solution they say came from Adobe Customer Suport (though we haven’t tried or tested it, and so not sure of the validity of the fix).
